Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that was completely renovated in 2018. The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower and bidet. The apartment faces west and north, with a north-facing balcony. There is no air-conditioning. BrixenCard is included.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. The house Lauben was built in the 16th century and offers the perfect opportunity for a stay in the heart of the historic old town of Brixen. As the name suggests, it is located in the center, in the famous arcades and is only 100 meters from Brixner Cathedral Square. The numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
