Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Plouescat, a seaside resort, close to Roscoff, and not far from Brest, our new house, designed to accommodate vacationers, is ideal for relaxing and restful, or sporty, vacations with family or friends. The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.

Cette jolie maison est située au cœur de Plounéour-Trez, au calme et à 800m de la plage. Elle peut accueillir 3 personnes. Deux grandes chambres sont à disposition, un joli jardin clos et la wifi. Les animaux sont acceptés, mais ne sont pas autorisés aux étages et dans les chambres, Merci. A noter : les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.

Gîte de Kerdiez. This cottage was made entirely by us , it took us 6 years to create a place that totally suits us. We are so excited to let you know about this slice of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our sheep "Landes de Bretagne", peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.
