Located 20 minutes from the sea, 1.5 hours from Mont Saint-Michel and 1 hour from Saint-Malo, 1 hour from Pink Granite, we are an ideal location for vacations. If you are looking for calm and relaxation, our house is ideal, with everything nearby.

Gîte des Lamandé

Located in a charming town of Côtes d'Armor, the Lamandé gîte will allow you to have a pleasant stay with family or friends. In addition to its many amenities , the cottage is very well located to allow you to visit the whole of Brittany during your stay. Indeed, it is 25 minutes from the nearest beaches, and around 1 hr/1 hr 30 min from the most beautiful sites of Brittany (Saint-Malo, the Pink Granite Coast, Carnac, the Island of Bréhat...). Enjoy original accommodation in a 17th century weavers' house. you will be welcomed in an artist's studio on the theme of fish on the ground floor of our family home. You can decorate your own fish so that it can join the "sleeping fish" and thus leave a nice trace of your visit. The decoration evolves according to the finds and creations of your host. You will be in total autonomy in a medieval village classified as rich in surprises.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and quiet place. All you have to do is put down your things and you'll feel right at home! Passing through Loudéac or have a work assignment to complete? This studio will be perfect for you. Ideally located close to all shops as well as the industrial area. You have a small private parking lot as well as all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
