Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Bienvenue dans notre maison en bois de 96 m² entourée de verdure. Idéalement située à 5 mn de la mer (St Quay Portrieux). Vous pourrez profiter d'un bel espace de vie, de 3 chambres, de 2 salles d'eau et d'une grande terrasse idéalement exposée. Vous trouverez tous les commerces à proximité. Nous serons là pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller (visites, activités, ballades, marchés, plages, chemin des douaniers....) Pour la période d été,les locations se font uniquement à la semaine.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Vacation Cottage: La Bleue

Comfortable vacation house, ideal for a bucolic stay or just passing through. 600 m away you will discover the grandiose Moulin beach and the village with its restaurants and shops. 30 minutes away, the island of Bréhat is another world. I also offer a set of details that will make your stay more pleasant and comfortable (sheets, towel, hairdryer, cotton swab, laundry, paper towel, tea towels, etc.) Free Wi-Fi. Our small house, newly renovated, 600 meters from the beach, the village of Étables-sur-Mer and its Ponto Valley, is ideal for recharging and discovering the landscapes of the Goelo coast. In summer and winter, you have a place designed to take care of you. Completely renovated and equipped, this accommodation has a real high-end wellness area: Nordic sauna, shower with bucket of cold water, massage bath... Everything is provided for your comfort. This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

Terrain 800 m2 sans vis à vis, orienté sud. Portique avec balançoires. Grand salon séjour avec cuisine. 2 chambres. Au départ de nombreux chemins de randonnée (GR34) et VTT. Supermarché à 500 m. Draps non fournis. Ménage par vos soins à la fin du séjour.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families, and four-legged friends. Maximum capacity 5 people. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, close to shops and the GR34 from which you can make pleasant hikes. Winter heating supplement.
