Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante.

Ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay, but also tourist to visit the Argoat, hike or walk on the banks of the blavet and the canal from Nantes to Brest.

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
