Amazing New Hampshire retreat, well kept and a very responsive host.

We loved our stay at The Schoolhouse! It was incredibly clean and well-kept, and the amenities made us feel right at home. Matt was communicative, kind, and very welcoming. We will definitely book The Schoolhouse again!

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

This place is wonderful. Nice and private and quiet. We met Faye and Camo when we arrived. We were in town to see a concert. Great location to get to Pavilion. Was almost a 90 degree day and between the ceiling fan and window fan it was very cool for sleeping. Will definitely look to book again when we are in the area for another concert. Bed was very comfortable.

My college roommate and I had a really nice stay at Chelsea’s place — clean, quiet and easy to get to. I really enjoyed the screened in front porch. We came to the area for a King Arthur Flour 3-day class and it was really convenient for that. Also, plenty of options for eating out (both in Lebanon and nearby Hanover).

I've stayed here several times; it is well equipped and supplied. The place has always been clean upon arrival and Nicole is helpful if any information or assistance is needed.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Highly recommend Chris and Jen's place! It is extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. It's in an excellent location in town, and we were very happy with our stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend for Laconia Bike Week. Our only regret is not giving ourselves more time! The cabin was very peaceful and the views in town were amazing!!!

The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

The condo was very comfortable and clean! Easy in and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Adorably decorated. We appreciated the A/C in the bedrooms at night for a comfortable sleep. Finding A/C is not easy in that area! Thank you for a great stay!

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

The place is quiet and clean, only a few minutes away from white mountain national forest, me and my friend had a great time here

Rick was very responsive. He even allowed us to even check in early due to the elevator not working although it didn’t interfere with our trip. Thank you Rick for the Beautiful place my family had so much fun and we definitely will use you again.

I stayed here for one night while hiking in the area, and everything was easy and simple. The place is comfortable, has everything described, instructions were given in a timely and clear way. I appreciated being able to reserve on very short notice. Ricky was very responsive to messages and also proactive with information.
