Monthly Rentals in Poggio Gagliardo

Our stay at Fernanda's house was very nice. The place looks like the photos. You are absolutely private, despite the proximity to the hosts' house. The road is close but didn't bother us at all. At night, there are also hardly any cars. The house is small but nice, you have everything you need and a wonderful terrace with garden. You have to get used to the shower briefly, but this is also quick. We rented bicycles in the village and were able to drive to the beach or to the village quickly and easily. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Fernanda also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for our wedding anniversary (thanks again, it was so beautiful!!) and there was a homemade cake. Fernanda and her husband are incredibly warm and helpful. You can only speak Italian but thanks to modern technology no problem if you don't understand everything. Highly recommend the house and would book it again anytime!!

Charming apartment in a villa, with an independent entrance and garden, guaranteeing maximum privacy in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc. are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place so much! She is such a lovely, caring host who really cares what her guests think. It was important to us that our little dwarf poodle was allowed to go to the pool. Of course, not in the water (she doesn't like swimming anyway) but that she can just be with us. She also got along great with Alessandra's dog and we just had a totally beautiful, relaxing and great time. We will definitely be happy to come back! Roberta is an extremely available host! The apartment is very nice, the upstairs terrace is really nice, the 2 bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The apartment has two functional bathrooms. A supermarket a few minutes' drive away allows you to do inexpensive shopping. Free street parking is available, which is a real plus. The area is full of pretty towns to visit. And above all, the train station within walking distance allows you to travel by train and enjoy beautiful scenery. Thank you Roberta for this gem and for your kindness ✨
