Our vacation home offers tranquility and breathtaking views, just a few kilometers from Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Gubbio, and Spello. At sunset, the sky offers a unique spectacle. Un luogo di pace e tranquillità nel punto più importante della città inserita nell’atmosfera medievale e nel verde della campagna umbra.

Apartment in a country house

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The apartment has a wonderful view of the mountains, a large bathroom and a well-organized kitchen. Double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. You will have your own shaded outdoor patio. There is a huge garden and an infinity pool with a whirlpool to share with other guests of the farm. My small farm is located just 7 km from the center of Assisi, a place of art, culture and spirituality.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Ideal for 4/6 people, it offers a separate entrance and a generous private and fenced garden, to the delight of your furry friends and to enjoy the sunset while enjoying delicious outdoor dinners, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Gli appartamenti Spello House sono luminosissimi, si trovano in uno storico palazzo medievale che per secoli fu il confine del terziere come testimonia ancor oggi l’autentica catena appesa alle mura che divideva gli antichi quartieri. Esso si trova appena dentro la porta Consolare ad un passo dalla Villa romana Sant’Anna di recente ritrovamento, e a 50 metri dal parcheggio a pagamento solo nelle ore diurne.

The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
