Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Dépendance de notre terrain arboré de 1200 m², profitez d’un cadre verdoyant, calme et inspirant. Idéal pour télétravailler, se reposer ou explorer la région. Profitez de la terrasse privative pour vos petits-déjeuners au soleil ou vos soirées sous les étoiles, dans le calme de la campagne. L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

Gîte 3 *** d’environ 200 m2 disposant d’un RDC et d’un étage. Le RDC donne accès à l’extérieur sur la piscine chauffée de 10 x 5 (accessible du 1er/05/26 au 27/09/26) sur une terrasse avec table de jardin abritée sous un appenti. Entrée par la cuisine, une SDB, une grande salle à manger avec escalier donnant sur une salle de billard. Un salon avec cheminée et un escalier donnant sur 3 chambres et 1 SDB. L’étage dispose donc de 7 couchages dont 2 chambres double et une chambre triple + 1 SD

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
