It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Küche, WC/Dusche, Galerie, Balkon, Garten und Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Am Wochenende wird das Haus als ganze Unterkunft vermietet. Unter der Woche werden Küche und WC/Dusche werktags ca. 8:00 bis 16:00 Uhr gemeinschaftlich mit dem angeschlossenen Büro genutzt.
