Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pomonte

Perfect location. Spacious and modern apartment. Washing machine & dryer available. Great parking option. Silvio was a great and welcoming host, easy to communicate with and quick to reply. A few things to note : we have 3-year old that likes to run around and that made a downstairs neighbor to come up and complain about the noise at almost 10am. That was not nice. There is no lift. And no toiletries.

We were very pleased. The property is very lovingly prepared. Rarely had such a dog-friendly accommodation. You can even walk/play with the dog behind the house on a dirt road. The beach is quickly accessible by car (we would not recommend it on foot or by bike with a dog). The pine forest on the beach invites you to take a walk or go jogging. On the free beach, which we liked very much, we were welcome with dogs (low season). We were also warmly welcomed at Bau Beach. We were only unable to take advantage of Sivia's dinner (due to low season?). This could have been communicated a little better. We will be happy to come back. again.

Scarlino already enchants with its sea view. If you then stay in this terraced apartment with an open view of the Gulf of Follonica and Elba, then you would never leave. Located at the beginning of the village with convenient parking just a stone's throw away, the accommodation is super organized and equipped. The objects are unique and the furnishings are functional. Cristian provided very clear check-in information before arrival and always responded promptly when (rarely) I needed it. Moreover, detailed instructions and tips for your stay are provided inside, making it almost unnecessary to ask questions. Fast and reliable WiFi. Perfect heating. In short, it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks and see you next time!

Giuliano is an excellent host. We now stayed the second time at his lovely appartment and couldn‘t be happier with our choice. We totally would recommend staying there!

Francesco was hospitable. He picked us up from the ferry station and dropped us off at the end of the visit. Marino di Campo has a lot of shops and restaurants. A lovely place to stay!

Very convenient and well-equipped apartment, located very close to Punta Ala marina. Great location. Antonia was very nice. The wifi offered by the residence on the other hand is not working well; however, Antonia offered me a solution by lending me a small personal box, which was very useful to me. Very good service and very good communication. In the end, a pleasant stay, a practical and comfortable apartment.

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of turnaround and the sun days by the pool with stunning views from the sea were beautiful.

Mara and Massimiliano are hosts as you could wish for. Very friendly, flexible, always ready for questions, give very good advice for exploring the area and good locations. We felt like at home (actually even better😃). The house is very cute and perfectly located. Walking to the city - no problem, bars and restaurants around the corner, beach right outside the front door and also a wonderful terrace with direct views of the sea. What more could you want?! It felt like home 🥰 If you want to experience the Dolce Vita with children we recommend Alessia & Guido's place. Everything was clean, games available in the children's room, a pleasant exterior with furniture and a large umbrella essential for lunch outside in the sun. The surroundings and the beautiful city center of Massa Marittima was quickly accessible on foot. In addition, good communication with remote hosts: hassle-free check-in and checkout. Anna was also very responsive on site. Thank you very much! We will keep fond memories of this typical Tuscany place 🌞🇮🇹❤

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Located in a strategic area, in the countryside with a beautiful view but only 10 minutes from Follonica. The apartment is very nice and Sandra is very helpful and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back.

The house is perfect if you want to get away, disconnect, enjoy the countryside and recharge your batteries. You immediately feel at home. If it's hot then the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet - and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace is so relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the little town of San Vincenzo has great restaurants, local food shops and some lovely boutiques . If you want to explore further then there are beautiful medieval Tuscan villages in the hills. The weather during our stay was not hot most of the time - but it's still warm enough even at the end of September to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside. The house has everything you need - and the wifi ( should you have to connect!) is excellent. All in all a beautiful home from home in a wonderful setting - and Luisa has thought of everything you need in regard to instructions and furninshings/equipment. We will be back!

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Tastefully furnished apartment for a family. Centrally located but quietly located in the middle of Seccheto - practically with private parking, washer & dryer. We were there twice.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the center. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The place is very nice and reflects the description provided by the owner. Despite not taking the signal very well, the house is equipped with everything you need to stay multiple days comfortably. The only downside is that of parking, which often, during the period of stay, was uncomfortable due to the absence of a place near the house. Finally, it is worth emphasizing the kindness of the host who gave us all the necessary directions, even recommending a nearby trattoria where we can eat typical.

Location and views are excellent. For quietness and beautiful nature, you are happy to accept the gravel road to the property. The apartment and outdoor facilities are very well maintained and appealing. The host team is very friendly and animal-loving. We will be happy to come back again.

Caesar's place feels like you're at home. Comfortable, cozy and minimal. The exterior is well cared for and the right size to enjoy a meal with the noises of the surrounding nature. The apartment is small but with everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Mr. Cesare and Mr. Walter are of a unique kindness. A quiet place where we'll definitely be back.
