Very nice apartment, very pleasant. With everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Really next to the beach. Exchanges with Catherine Gres, friendly. The bonus is that there is a dedicated parking space, which, in my opinion, in high season, is very appreciable.

Second stay at Yann's, everything was perfect. I love the decor and you feel very good in this apartment. Very well located in the center. For people who come by train, there are many things to do on foot, but it is possible to rent a car at interesting rates in Leclerc 30mn walk from the apartment at the top of the coast. This allows you to discover a lot more in the Cape Sizun area and elsewhere. The outdoor area is very pleasant, surrounded by stones and plants. In short, it's very possible that I'll come back a 3rd time.

Beautiful house, spacious, tastefully decorated and located close to several tourist sites of South Finistère. We were very well accommodated and the accommodation was impeccably clean when we arrived. In short, we didn't miss anything and the heated pool was the icing on the cake. Everything is perfect for a quiet holiday with family or friends on the bay of Audierne: the view is exceptional, the house is carefully decorated in every detail, the kitchen is over-equipped for lovers of good food, the terrace is very pleasant, the garden is well maintained, ... beach and surf spot 5 minutes' walk ... small open-air café and creperie on the port 5 minutes' walk also .... and Yvette welcomes her guests with great kindness and a lot of availability

We had a lovely stay and found the house to be very comfortable and spacious, with a nicely maintained, peaceful garden. We were greeted at check in with all the information we needed and really appreciated the flexibility and the locally sourced welcome snacks & bottle. Very pleasant stay, accommodation with beautiful services. From the terrace, you have a magnificent view of the sea with direct walking access to the beach in 5 min. The environment is very calm and soothing. Very good contact with Raphaële who was flexible and available. We'll be happy to go back!

We did not meet Marie-Pierre because she was traveling abroad during our stay but everything went well. I loved this apartment where I felt like I was at home, even if everything wasn't perfect. Clean but certainly in its original state, a refreshment will showcase it more, even a note for the residence. The rooms are rather large and well distributed, the whole is bright thanks in particular to the south orientation of the main room. The terrace also to the south is rather large for a city center, but deserves a little attention to be really nice. Small central and yet very quiet residence, ideal location for visiting Quimper on foot. The garage is also a plus, as long as you have a small car, otherwise he wants better, if possible, park in the street.

I have been using Airbnb homes for many years, this home is one of my favorites. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the accommodation, the ease of walking to the city of Moëlan-sur-mer... Recommended without hesitation.
