Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace, which are conducive to conviviality, as well as the kitchen, which is very well equipped! We were here for the 3rd time. We will definitely come back here more often. It is a great accommodation located on the flat land between Nantes and Pornic / Saint -Nazaire. Beautiful clean house equipped with all comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen and shower/toilet. Beautiful large garden with terrace and the possibility to BBQ. Particularly child-friendly and many play opportunities for children. This location is really recommended. Jean -Yves and his wife are very friendly and kind and are always willing to help you or answer questions. In short: it was another great holiday. -

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
