Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pontchâteau

We arrived in total, autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this beautiful estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens ( thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it changes us from our downtown habit. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son . The place met our expectations as in the photos (moreover better in real terms than in photos! ) highly recommend you to future occupants! Amazing place to stay! The Harry Potter theme is respected in the smallest details without being heavy, our children loved it (and we did too!). Everything is impeccable and remarkably well organized. The welcome is very warm (thank you very much for the delicious surprises that awaited us on our arrival). We had a very pleasant stay and we would have gladly stayed a little longer... More than recommended, the cottage on request is a must-see! Thank you and hats off (well, choice of hat)!

What can I say! Stephanie & Phillipes lodge is just perfect, well situated just 2 mins walk from the town centre and great restaurants. The lodge is very clean and has everything you would want. The pool is fabulous and cleaned and prepared every day by Phillipe. Stephanie and Phillipe are the perfect hosts, very responsive and very friendly. We cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough. It is perfect

We spent two beautiful weeks at Jo's house. The highlight is the conservatory with the magnificent view of the sea. When it's windy, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the garden terrace.

Very friendly owners, They accepted our dog, we are very grateful for that. Very clean accommodation, no complaints. A small gift basket and a binder on arrival, with all the activities and restaurants listed. Accommodation located a 2-minute walk to a small supermarket and bakery and a 5-minute drive to a supermarket. The owners remain very attentive if needed. We had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful home. Thanks to Ln & Sam

We stayed one night but everything was perfect. Clear directions and very clean place. The terrace overlooking the pond is amazing, a haven of peace!

The cottage is really nice! We had a great 4-day stay in the area following a recommendation, and it was a very nice discovery. The accommodation is located in a charming and very quiet village, ideal for relaxing. The house is decorated with great taste, everything is thought out carefully. Coralie is super nice and very responsive. We highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view of the port, matches the photos. Small downside, access by steep and narrow stairs. check-in instructions not given by Airbnb or late, therefore difficult to find the garage. Thanks to Virginie for being responsive.

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

The accommodation is very nice, there is room for 4 people. And each couple has their own bathroom :) I would recommend it without hesitating

Isabelle is very friendly and welcoming. She gave me good advice on restaurants and hikes. The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped. An ideal place to discover Pornic and the region. I highly recommend it!

Great relaxing stay at La Gatee. William is an excellent host providing all the necessary information beforehand and also being extremely responsive during our stay with recommendations. The house is very spacious and is in a beautiful tranquil setting and is exactly as described. Our kids loved the two cats which are super friendly but not overbearing. Many thanks William!

We had a lovely stay in the house, which is bright and pleasant to live in. I will note a small negative point, the cleanliness was there, but a few things in my opinion to see again (lack of mattress pads , many ants in several places, sofas not in very good condition)

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, chic house. The pool area and spa and outdoor seating are fabulous and we spent many hours chilling here. Also the musical instruments and vinyl collection made this a house with such a laid back and happy vibe. Jean Luc and Ingrid were amazing hosts. They helped us to book many outings and made us feel incredibly welcome. The food upon our arrival was outstanding, above and beyond expectation. The location is superb. Many lovely beaches, pretty towns, wonderful shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoups!

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. We will not fail to call on him again if we pass through this beautiful region.

The house and its exterior are beautiful, and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach just a few meters away! Well-equipped accommodation, where everything invites you to rest and relax in the beautiful garden. Perfect for a beautiful weekend in the sun with friends.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
