Stefania and Ralph are not only the best hosts, but the friendliest and most caring people we have ever met. They truly do everything possible to make you feel like this beautiful place is your home. Stefania seems to truly love being a host and goes out of her way to do whatever she can for you. Honestly, the pictures don't do justice for how amazing the view really is. My friend and I spent the entire weekend on the balcony reading, drinking wine, eating pasta, taking pictures, and especially enjoying the complete peace and quiet. The village of Palaia is also the cutest and safest location for a perfect Tuscan countryside weekend. Can't thank you enough Stefania!

There were six of us staying 6 days and we felt like we were living in a Tuscany dreamworld. The villa is on top of a hill with the most gorgeous view of Tuscany rolling hills and small homes in clusters off in the distance. The villa is a large, classical Italian or Spanish style house with an equally large yard and infinity pool that we asked them to heat for an extra cost. The villa has a security system built in including windows and doors, and a front gate down the end of a very long driveway that you can operate remotely All windows and doors had beautiful heavy wood covering them that you could easily open with screens to keep out bugs but let in cool night air. We had a a full-size kitchen with large refrigerator plus a large laundry area. The owner/hostess Elena was very responsive to any texts sent to her and gave us a good referral for a driver to take us on tours. Local restaurants are plentiful with great local cuisine I would highly recommended a visit.

We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The setting is also dreamlike. I absolutely recommend a stay, you will not regret it!

We stayed in this apartment and had a really great time. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need to cook, clean and live in total comfort. Self check-in was very convenient and quick, as well as check-out, thanks to the clear and precise instructions provided by Giovanni, the owner, always available, kind and ready to answer the phone for any questions or needs. The location is ideal for those looking for some tranquility away from the chaos of big cities, but still convenient: in about 45/50 minutes by car you can easily reach cities like Florence or Pisa. Absolutely positive experience, and for our next trip to Tuscany we have no doubt: we will definitely come back here! Thanks again, Giovanni!

We were greeted in this paradise by Silvia and Giacomo who proved to be two excellent hosts. Kind, efficient, helpful, and attentive! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, a relaxing place for body and soul. One windy day, acacia flowers rained from the sky. I even got excited. We'll be back!

The location is very well located for visiting Tuscany. The car and bikes were safe in the private, enclosed parking lot. The accommodation, very functional, is quiet and without nuisance. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms as well as the layout of the accommodation. As for the kitchen, it is perfect; we would have liked a toaster and a coffee maker that works (one was with capsules that could not be found, the other was totally encrusted). Fortunately, we had our own! For French speakers interested in housing, I can only recommend it. I hope you will have the instructions in French. Thank you Valentina for coming.

We have just returned home from a fantastic week away. The accommodation was amazing, far nicer than the photos show. If you want to be away from others or in a peaceful place but can easily still get to places then this is the place for you. Although there is a 4km track/road to get to the property from the main road, we didn’t find it a problem. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing family house and for all your help and information.

We spent a weekend in 8 in the beautiful house in San Miniato: live it was even more beautiful than the photos! The atmosphere was perfect, especially the view during sunset time! We all had a good time! Breakfast under the flowering porch was magical! Definitely recommend and will most likely be back
