We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the porch!

The house was perfect for our little family. The kids loved having their own bed and the game room. The fenced in backyard was great for our small dog. The location was great for everything we wanted to do and see. We definitely plan on renting here again!

My family really enjoyed this home over the holiday. It was perfectly located, close to the outlet malls and about 20 mins from Savannah. The space was clean and spacious. Denise’s was a great host, making sure that we were accommodated during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when back in the Pooler/Savannah area.

Great space. So peaceful on the river. We saw dolphins, otters and so many wading birds. Gorgeous sunsets. Screened porch was fantastic for breakfast and evenings. Pool wasn’t useable for our stay but the landscaping was really pretty.

We and our 2 small dogs really enjoyed the courtyard - we loved having our dinners and breakfasts there. It’s a great feature because the dogs could be off leash and just enjoy their time beside us. The place perfectly captures the spirit of historic Savannah but with modern amenities. The water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sink upstairs are a bit on the low side but that’s expected from a historic home. Kroger grocery store is just a couple of blocks away and had everything we needed to cook, stay in and watch a movie. Thank you for your hospitality, Joyce and Miss Eva, the housekeeper!

Our family enjoyed our time! Location was close to Savannah in a quiet neighborhood. Host communicated well, and the home was clean.

I chose Patricks place for how nice the house the looks, the pool table, and 100 inch projection screen. Watching the nba final with the cool night air on the porch was amazing. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and the shower has great water pressure. Its easy to find and Patrick provides great instructions. I will definitely book again.

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Very large home. Our whole party fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice stay at Raquel's play within the Glenwood Grove section of Berwick Plantation. We have family in the Stonelake Townhomes section just a short distance away, so the proximity was very convenient. The floorplans of both locations are very similar, with dining, kitchen, living room, restroom, and master bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Raquel's place includes a bonus playroom and laundry room upstairs. Communication was timely, access was easy, and the home was clean with all necessary supplies and amenities. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah (Bay Street/River Street), which was fine for us.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in the tranquil setting, beautiful yard and pool. The house was perfect, very clean and so much character- updated and charming.

Wendy made us feel very welcome! I had a few questions about the house and the area before we arrived and she answered me promptly. She also provided a house manual that included many suggestions regarding the area which was quite helpful. We loved the neighborhood and accessibility to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The backyard and pool were a quiet oasis surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes and trees. It was such a lovely place to retreat to in the early morning with a cup of coffee to relax and or catch sight of a hummingbird or butterfly. After a day of touring or visiting the beach it was so nice to go home to enjoy the swimming pool and barbeque. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

Great location and convenient to everything. Beautiful house and looked as it was described. Very peaceful neighborhood and a relaxing covered patio. Will definitely rent again!

Hilary was very kind and responsive. It was a nice place and was as described on the listing. There are a lot of fun things to do nearby.

I don’t consider the measure of a successful stay to be perfection, because things occasionally come up, this is real life! That’s where these hosts shine. The space is big, stylish, and impeccably clean. It met every one of my family’s vacation needs. Our favorite thing was the garage/game room and the restful bedrooms. We had two maintenance issues during our stay and they were both handled very quickly and thoroughly, with professionalism and friendliness. I pored over reviews and I can just offer this. The beds were incredibly comfortable but this is subjective to each person, understandably. The thermostat was simple to use once we watched the video and the house stayed very cool and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the thoughtful additions like provided k-cups and built in shower toiletries. We were grateful for beach towels, chairs and umbrella to use. This was a 5 star stay and we would return in a heartbeat.

Carmelo & Claudia thought of everything! Their house is a home just waiting for you. So comfortable, extremely well stocked, cleaner than a 5-star hotel! My kids loved the games, ping pong, but especially exploring the yard for frogs and lizards and turtles. We were all amazed at how quiet it was too! We are already planning a longer trip back to Savannah and hands-down we would stay here! Thank you Carmelo and Claudia for a wonderful stay!

The listing was exactly as described. It was well put together in a wonderful location.Miranda was very proactive in communication. Me and my friends enjoy celebrating our birthday weekend there. If we ever come back we will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10 experience!

My fiancé and I, along with our two dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Heather and Douglas were exceptional hosts—communicative, thoughtful, and always checking in to ensure everything was going well. The property was peaceful and unique, with the added surprise of friendly tortoises that made our visit even more memorable. We appreciated the helpful local recommendations, which led us to explore Wormsloe Historic Site, Tybee Beach, and several great restaurants in the area. When we needed to extend our stay, Heather and Douglas were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond, making the process seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling near Savannah, Georgia. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely check to see if this place is available.
