Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

"Perfect" is the only word that comes to mind for Anna's place. Such a serene location and perfect for a family. The view is just spectacular. We felt so at home and loved sitting out in the yard and by the pool. Anna provided us with a list of so many amazing things to do/see near and far. A must do is the pasta making with Vilma at the house-the most memorable and delicious meal from our trip! Can't wait to go back there to live more of the Tuscan life and enjoy the most beautiful view. Thank you, Anna, for hosting such a gem!

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderschöne Woche! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und toll gelegen mit einem super Ausblick! Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders toll war auch, dass das ganze Haus Fliegengitter hatte, die haben wir auf jeden Fall gebraucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abseits vom Trubel, was wir so auch wollten. Mit unserem Auto haben wir schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Monia und ihrem Mann lief super. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tommaso's! The house is located in a lovely small village, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan nature. We even spotted a wild boar one early morning (so best to be cautious during early mornings and late nights). There’s a charming local restaurant just around the corner where we had a great dinner – Tommaso kindly helped us book a table for our first night, which was much appreciated. Nearest bigger shop is around 20-min drive. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Just a heads-up that the pool area is a short walk from the house (about 3 minutes), but so worth it. Communication with Tommaso was smooth and easy throughout. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Bernardino ! Le paysage est magnifique, l’endroit est très propre et la piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Bernardino est un hôte attentionné, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Lyndalls Haus in Lecchi in Chianti! Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool waren sogar größer und schöner als erwartet. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag gekocht haben. Auch die Restaurant-Empfehlung im Ort war ein Volltreffer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lyndall!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Genau der richtige Ort für einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub… Etwas abgelegen, umringt von Olivenbäumen liegt Borgo Stoppi. Wir waren für 8 Tage dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Wohnung waren sehr sauber. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und genügend Liegen. Die Aussicht ist etwas besonderes! Die Kommunikation mit Luigi lief freundlich und problemlos ab. Florenz ist in 45 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung wenn man eine schöne Zeit in der Toskana haben möchte! :)

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicola bnb was amazing! Perfect to relax and such a lovely bnb. Nicola is the perfect host. Highly recommend. So very beautiful with surrounding huge mountains. A great base to explore surrounding areas. And a bonus, the cats are geougous. Thank you

Wir hatten leider nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei Pamela und konnten dadurch die Vorzüge der Unterkunft und Umgebung nicht komplett nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber - sehr zu empfehlen!

L'esperienza nella villa di Carla è di gran lunga la migliore mai avuta con Airbnb. La casa è vicina ad altre villette ma con ampio giardino curatissimo di rose e piante officinali e con sedie sdraio in cui passare momenti di assoluta calma. Carla ci ha attesi di persona per offrirci una graditissima crostata e spiegare ogni dettaglio dell'appartamento, dotato di TV, wifi e di tutto il corredo di cucina (molto molto bello), compreso bollitore, macchina e cialde da caffè e di un arredo curato e accogliente. Il letto è il migliore di Airbnb. La pace assoluta. L'unico rammarico: essere stati solo due notti.

Absolutely adored this place and can’t recommend it enough. The space and the owners are so welcoming with everything you could need. The grounds were gorgeous and the apartments were so quaint and adorably decorated. We had the pool to ourselves and it was perfect for our kids to play on a really hot day! We opted to have dinner on site one night and it was absolutely fabulous! This family-owned operation is a must-stay and we hope to return! Thank you!

Giulia war eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin! Neben den ganzen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung, hat sie sich die Zeit genommen, uns die Kirche und ihren Hof mit all ihren Tieren, um die sie sich mit ganz viel Liebe kümmert, zu zeigen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist super ruhig gelegen und sehr idyllisch, wenn man dem trubelligen Alltag entkommen möchte. Trotzdem lässt sich mit dem Auto alles super erreichen. Nach Florenz ist es zum Beispiel ungefähr eine halbe Stunde. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und tatsächlich einzelne Tage einfach nur im Garten verbracht, weil es dort so schön war. Man merkt, dass Giulia liebt, was sie tut und das ganz viel Liebe zum Detail in dem Anwesen steckt. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer sehr lieben Gastgeberin, wir können einen Besuch nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für Alles Liebe Giulia!

Serene, tranquil, verdant: a profoundly beautiful place. We just loved it. Chiara and her mother could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were there a few days for a wedding nearby. We can't wait to return for a full holiday. Well done super hosts! Thank you. Paul and Bridget

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! Renza and Mauro prepared the house nicely during our trip! The house was spotlessly clean and they even provided an ample amount of amenities which we found quite helpful for us. Thank you for such a hospitality! :)

Spontan gebucht. Und problemlos kurzfristig alles nötige regeln können. Federico ist unaufgeregt kommunikativ und kann den Aufenthalt mit guten Empfehlungen verfeinern. Die Lage ist besonders. Der Ort hat wine gute Wirkung auf Körper und Gemüt. WeiläuAbgelegen aber nicht weit zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Ein schöner Pool. Geschmackvolle Räumlichkeiten. WlanJunckies könnten manchmal mit dem netz etwas hadern aber das Gesamtbild wird dadurch nicht geschmälert. Alles was sonst nötig ist,ist vor Ort oder wird von Federico prompt besorgt. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Florenz oder im Chianti. Jede Menge auch rustikale trattorias,Winzer und Oliven Bauern in der Nähe.

We had an amazing time in Casa San Ripa. The house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing and the outside area is lovely, with all the lights in the trees at night. The whole property was very clean, including the inside and the pool, the instructions were easy and Giulia is super responsive and extremaly nice and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!
