This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts.
