The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Welcome to our Stay in the East Apartment B. This is a newly constructed modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. A beautiful, fully equipped modern duplex located near UTRGV Campus, Mexico International Bridge and 3 minutes away from Expressway 77/83. Approximately 30 minutes away from South Padre Island, Space-X, and LNG. This duplex has a total of 2 apartments and the backyard patio is divided into separate spaces with a privacy fence, offering you a private area.

Beautifully decorated beach house located right off of Gulf Blvd. Although we are not right on the beach, we have a beach access right across on either side of Island Breeze and only 1 minute walking distance. Island Breeze Beach House is located upstairs on the East side.
