There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Our unit has A/C, free Wi-Fi, 3 TV’s, free parking, and a full kitchen w/kitchenware. We have one queen bed and two full beds that sleeps a total of 6 persons confortable.
