Holiday rentals with beach access in Port Lympia

Everything with the flat was wonderful… we were able to Acess the building easily .. the location was perfect for our needs and Pauline went over and above for us, with recommendations and even making reservations at restaurants and following up with them for us! She was incredibly responsive and friendly and personable and so very helpful!!!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed loft was comfortable, the washer/dryer worked perfectly (and fully dried our clothes), and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The kitchen made it easy to cook simple meals, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches — especially the water shoes, which were essential for the rocky beach just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is excellent — just one street back from the water and in a great spot for walking around Nice. While the apartment doesn’t have a view of the sea, it’s tucked into a part of the neighborhood that still feels very central. The building is older, but the space itself feels fresh and recently renovated. We’d happily stay again!

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

Loved the place , beautiful kitchen and interior , feels very spacious especially if you’re a solo traveller !! , had excellent facilities just as described and everything was super easy to navigate and use as per the instructions !!, Aurelie was super responsive and was always happy to help and provide efficient information on anything I needed help with. The area was lovely, kind and welcoming people and a gorgeous cafe seconds away from the place!!, check-in instructions were super clear and simple too!! Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

Edi’s place is at the edge of Old Nice next door to the castle. The view from the balcony offers an amazing sunset in this charming apartment. When we come next time we will try to stay here again

I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed this rental. It’s is a small but thoughtfully appointed flat (everything I needed, everything in its place) with a SPECTACULAR view from the charming balcony — Nice and the harbor through bird-filled trees. It was quiet, peaceful, and restorative. And the hosts were just wonderful. I feel so lucky to have found this place. Thank you, Laurence!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!
