The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

Françoise & Noël are welcoming you in their family apartment, in their dream. 4 guests will lose their breath watching the spectacle, enjoying a moment on the terrace. A/C will refresh the atmosphere and make the air so... peaceful. Garibaldi Square and Vieux Nice so close, restaurants and beach too: HO-LI-DAYS! Better to feel it, better to live it! In a secure residence, this comfortable and very bright 61 m2 apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms (beds: 160 x 200 cm), on the 4th and last floor with elevator, entirely overlooking the courtyard, fully air-conditioned, with 2 pretty balconies, completely renovated with taste, by an interior decorator. Excellent location: 10 mins walk from the Plage de la Réserve, 300 meters from the 2 Tram lines and only 30 minutes from the airport. For your children: cot included!

The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!
