Family-friendly holiday rentals in Port Saint John

Loved this place! It’s tucked away and so peaceful, with a very short walk to the beach. Barry provided a lot of items most Airbnbs don’t, such as beach chairs, a boogie board, and miscellaneous necessary toiletries. It was a great stay, definitely thinking of coming back to stay again!!

Robert , wow! Our stay was amazing. 100% recommend. Responsive , clean, and so much fun! Room matched the description, check in was super easy, and Robert was able to extend our stay when requested. Will be back for sure !

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We had a very nice time at this home. It was clean and well taken care of.

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. This place is a beautiful and cozy spot for anybody who is looking for a pleasant spot to stay in Merrit Island. It is gorgeous and the house is Spacious. I enjoyed it very much and this house felt more of a second home during my time I stood there. I will be returning when I come back here.

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

My friends and family had the best stay here! It was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The beach was right at the end of the street which was amazing. The Airbnb provided beach chairs, beach toys and even a beach wagon! We will 100% come back here for our next stay!

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

Great stay! It sure beats a hotel room any day. The Mill Creek Park is well maintained, clean, friendly and no riffraff.

This place was great, nice pool , clean and neat, loaded with kitchen utensils and all you need to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall a good place to stay

First time in Orlando. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!
