Family-friendly holiday rentals in Port Saint John

Loved this place! It’s tucked away and so peaceful, with a very short walk to the beach. Barry provided a lot of items most Airbnbs don’t, such as beach chairs, a boogie board, and miscellaneous necessary toiletries. It was a great stay, definitely thinking of coming back to stay again!!

Super comfortable beds and clean unit with everything you need for a beach day. I wish we had more time to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean home, exactly as described! Simone was great to deal with and the area is so quiet and peaceful. The pool was great for the kids! The kids enjoyed the "themed bedrooms". Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Carrie thank you so much for hosting our family! This was so much better for our family than a hotel! Our kids never said they were bored! The next time we are in the Orlando area we will book again for sure!

This place is a beautiful and cozy spot for anybody who is looking for a pleasant spot to stay in Merrit Island. It is gorgeous and the house is Spacious. I enjoyed it very much and this house felt more of a second home during my time I stood there. I will be returning when I come back here.

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

Had a great week at this cute and thoughtfully designed place in Palm Bay! It had everything we needed—including laundry—and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We were helping to move our daughter to Orlando area from out of state and needed a home base for a few days while we got everything set up for her. David’s place fit the bill perfectly - clean, lots of space, quiet, quick responses to any questions. It was exactly what we needed.

We had a great time at this air BNB. Super friendly hosts with amazing communication. Immediately after arriving at the place we felt right at home. Has everything that you could possibly want. Close to everything in Melbourne. Beach is literally a ten second walk. Clean place, Bikes, cute dogs, pool, and great hosts that make you feel right at home.. What more can you ask for? It's everything that an air BNB should be thanks to the thoughtfulness of it's hosts. Will definitely return. Thanks again.

Good location with lots of restaurants in the area. The building feels dated but the apartment is clean and good value. We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen was adequate. The host communicated throughout our stay and friendly. There was adequate parking. We did not check out the amenities.

We loved feeding the turtles 🐢. You have to check out downtown Sanford, walk the Riverwalk & go to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Don't forget to try the Jailhouse Restaurant - in a real old jailhouse, great food! She was an amazing host.

This place was great, nice pool , clean and neat, loaded with kitchen utensils and all you need to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall a good place to stay

Jeremy was a great host! The home came with everything we needed. The pool was a little dirty when we arrived, but I contacted Jeremy and he came right out to clean it so we could swim the next day.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

It truly felt like a home away from home. Sam was an exceptional host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips that made our Disneyland trip even more enjoyable. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were cozy. One of the highlights for us was the swimming pool—my kids absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying themselves! We especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend Sam’s home to anyone visiting the area. Thank you once again, Sam, for your warm hospitality!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was spacious, pretty, and well-appointed. We wanted to stay close to Universal’s Epic Universe and we were within five minutes from it. The pool area was great and my husband enjoyed the workout facility. We’ll definitely be back!
