Cozy, welcoming accommodation with excellent services. The strength is that it is located in the central area, a few steps from the nightlife, beaches, port and restaurants. However, it is located in a quiet, uncrowded internal street. Inside there was everything you needed for your stay and even more! All the features of the house and the information were clearly written on each object or device so as to make the stay excellent. Responsive and collaborative host for every need. Thank you, we will be back!!

The stay was perfect in every way! There were five of us (me, my girlfriend, another couple and a friend) and the apartment turned out to be ideal: spacious, very clean, with attention to detail and with all the necessary comforts. It is also well connected to the center, which allowed us to move easily and fully enjoy the city. Special thanks to the host, always available, friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended, we will gladly return!

We stayed at the accommodation proposed by Anna Maria for a week thissummer, the one after August The accommodation was as described by Anna Maria, who through support before arrival also helped us rent the sheets from the laundry room. The street is very quiet, but immediately close to the center of Porto Azzurro in 2 minutes by foot. Anna Maria is very friendly and friendly, she also recommended a great hike that we would have missed otherwise! Regarding parking initially, being not practical in the area, we went to the one for a fee the first days (also considering the week full of tourists). In the following days we explored the area and in the street of the accommodation we always found an unpaid place (a 5-minute walk from home). I recommend Anna Maria's place to those who like to stay quiet near the center of the village (and also the beach that Porto Azzurro offers)

We stayed for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment. You can’t ask for a better location in Porto Azzurro. The apartment is very cozy and feels like a home! The kitchen is a bit small, but you have what you need to make some simple meals. We really enjoyed having a morning coffee on the balkony. Would love to come back!

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

Beautiful large old town apartment. Both bedrooms with windows. The back room faces the courtyard with fans in front of the window. In front, sometimes music on the weekends. But instead directly on the large beautiful square in Porto Azzurro and balcony overlooking the square and the harbor.

Thanks to Roberta for her hospitality. The photos don't do it justice because the house and the place where it is located are far more beautiful than they appear in the photos. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach the nearest beach and the center also on foot in 10 minutes. The house is equipped with every good thing for your stay. Roberta was very kind in welcoming us and responsive during the stay. A note of merit also to the garden equipped with a barbecue table with gazebo for outdoor dining and it is also possible to park the car inside. What can I say... I recommend everyone to stay with Roberta both for the lovely place and for the exceptional host that Roberta is. I hope to stay again in the future.

beautiful complex, very quiet, the villa and the whole area are beautiful and very charming . Nice pool, a beach is within walking distance. The center of Porto Azzuro is lively and easy to reach on foot. We had a very nice holiday there with the family.

well located apartment for both the area and the condominium: I spoke well about the accommodation to my friends. tidy and clean, the only flaw is the lack of a small frezer or cell in the refrigerator. the lack of bedding and towels has positive effects ( your sheets) and negative (bulky luggage). the use of the kitchen allows you to be right at home!

Accommodation located in a great location to walk to the center of Porto Azzurro and get around the other areas of the island. Very spacious free parking a few meters from the accommodation. Quiet and reserved environment. Thank you!

It was a pleasent stay at Casa le Pitte. Very quiet and peacefull place. Alot of privacy. Very kind owner who speaks English very well, she gave us plenty advices to visit a beautiful places on island. I appreciate for opportunity that we were allowed to come earlier od the first day in the apartment. We had our dog with us without any problem. Location is a good spot for different bike trails. Market, gas station is quite near. I would defenetly recomend to choose this place to stay at Elba.

My boyfriend and I stayed for five days and had a wonderful time! Nicoletta was super friendly and helpful and provided us with valuable tips and apps which helped us greatly with discovering the Island on our own. The appartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and met all our demands. The area was very quiet and green and we had a fantastic time in consequence. Would recommend staying with her to anyone!

Our stay on Elba in Maria Nella was simply fantastic! From the beginning, Cornelia welcomed us warmly and took care of everything, so we immediately felt at home. She was always available and helpful, which made the holiday even more pleasant. We were particularly impressed by the animal-friendly atmosphere – our dog felt just as comfortable as we did! The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Elba, and the property has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether walks on the beach or just enjoying the tranquility, it's a true paradise for dog owners. The loving care and the great surroundings have made our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back and can recommend Maria Nella to anyone looking for a relaxing and dog-friendly break on this beautiful island!

Lorenzo's home is a real gem!!! You can see that it has been renovated with taste and care. Everything you need for a perfect stay- impeccable kitchen, finally everything was more than satisfactory. We had a wonderful few days at Folores. The room was very nice and the garden is wonderful, furnished with love. Thank you for the nice time.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

Massimiliano's place is an apartment with spacious, bright and well ventilated environments since it has large windows on three sides of the house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has been perfectly delivered in order and very clean. You can always park in front of the house or about 100 meters away in a shaded parking lot. Venturina's major supermarkets and shops are all within 1.5 km. The beautiful beaches of Rimigliano and Baratti can be reached comfortably by car in a few minutes, being 7 and 9 km respectively.

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!
