Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Azzurro

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

We had a nice time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always there :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

Our host Luca already provided us with all the necessary information and tips in advance, the communication worked out excellently. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt welcome. Villa Tamara consists of three small apartments together - no fear of contact here. The apartment is very nicely decorated, it fits for two people. The bathroom is very small- especially the shower was a challenge for us as we are both big. The apartment was tiptop clean and well maintained - a small, covered terrace overlooking the garden completes the whole thing. There is a parking space directly at the house for each residential unit and on the beach of Straccoligno, sunbeds and umbrellas managed at no extra charge by Lucas's parents, Tamara and Francesco, both of whom are also very personable and warm. We felt comfortable all around!

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

A small corner of relaxation and tranquility just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach of Nisportino. Ideal for those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature. Umberto is really a very helpful and friendly person, always ready to give advice on places and activities available on Elba. A generous person, Umberto is sociable with both the adults and the little ones, he knows how to transmit a lot of information about the plants and animals that populate the area without forgetting the historical part. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view and breathtaking sunsets in the silence of the evening, super clean and equipped with every comfort. Those looking for peace, tranquility and nature cannot miss this little pearl! Highly recommended!

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thank you to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

we booked the apartment on very short notice. Everything was fine and Barbara was very quick in responding and flexible regarding our check-in time. Marciana Marina and the apartment is highly recommended for families with small children. The beach is close, ice cream is delicious and the town is very cute. We'd love to come back, if only Elba wasn't that far :)
