Apartment holiday rentals in Porto San Paolo

It was one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had, the apartment, in addition to being clean, has been recently renovated, it is very functional due to the presence of the two bathrooms furnished with taste and impeccable in cleanliness. Well-furnished bedrooms in every detail, nice chromotherapy light on the headboard, each has a clothesline outside the window. The kitchen also has everything you need, new and well-maintained utensils and pots, and airtight containers. Alessandro is an available, friendly and responsive host, he did not miss anything and met all our expectations and needs. A contact not to be missed, we will definitely be back!

The host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely careful, considerate and kind. As my flight arrived at dawn he picked me up without me asking. Before my arrival I asked for indications of places to visit and he gave me a fantastic script. In addition my reservation would expire the day after my departure and it too without me requesting it changed so that I would have the refund. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The city of Olbia has a strategic location to visit several beaches in the region. Super recommend this trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment located in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the setting: a breathtaking view of the sea, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a magnificent beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat our meals. Our hostess' welcome was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little corner of paradise, which we recommend without hesitation.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

We had a lovely stay in Cala Liberatto. Eleonora let us check in earlier upon arrival with a short notice which was very appreciated. The condo is only a few minutes to the beach which is great! :) Minor note: There was not much natural light into the apartment (which might be nice on hotter summer days). But the hosts were very kind & responsive so thank you again!

Really great place to stay right outside of Arzachena. Peaceful and quiet locations. Good base to explore the costa Smeralda.

A very nice place, very comfortable, very clean and very new, the bed is super comfortable Simona answers very quickly. Very detailed, when we arrived the house was fresh, they had turned on the air, there was fresh water, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast options, etc. A 10. If we come back here, we'll definitely come back

Beautiful room overlooking water in a remote neighborhood up in the hills. Marina was awesome in helping with where to eat because it is remote. Quiet and very clean. Has everything you need. She is also very clear and communicative about how to get there which can be tricky at night. Overall we loved our time there!

This place was incredible! Federica was so helpful with everything we needed and if anything was an issue she was there to resolve it instantly! Highly recommended

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Gina is a very sweet modest host. She made all the accessories herself. The house is therefore very cozy. Everything has been thought of and fully furnished. There was even a welcome package for breakfast and a cake waiting for us. From here, we drove to Gonome to rent a boat.

Close walking distance to the beach and town. Nice restaurant just down the street. The property was new, clean and free of clutter.

My wife and I spent a wonderful few days in Sardinia, and Andrea’s apartment was the perfect base for exploring the northeastern part of the island and its beautiful beaches. Andrea was an exceptionally kind and helpful host—always easy to reach and full of great tips. The apartment itself was lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thank you very much

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We enjoyed it very much.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

I recommend the accommodation, I would definitely come back!!! It had everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!! Very well located, in a quiet area, there is a supermarket, restaurant and shops to buy food. The location is great, close to a beautiful sandy beach and equidistant to visit the beautiful beaches of Sardinia The host was super friendly and gave all the directions for an easy check-in and they allowed us to check in earlier 🧡 Thank you, we had a great time
