The apartment is located on top of a hill, not far from the center and normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). On the one hand, this location allows a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are halfway up the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
