It rises like an island from the sea, being connected to the mainland by lagoons and two narrow strips of land. Villa Baschieri lies in a quiet and green area at the edge of picturesque fishing and sailing town Porto Santo Stefano. The Villa overlooks the bay and offers breathtaking views of the sea and coast. It was built by the Baschieri family in 1888 as a summer house. It is surrounded by a garden with tall trees. The water is only 200 yards away and the town centre is a 10 minute walk. The house was last renovated in 2009. The penthouse maisonette has its own separate entrance and is available for weekly lets between April and October Fittings The penthouse apartment consists of: two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms (one with bath-tub, one with shower), a large kitchen, living room, dining room, large roof terrace and kitchen terrace (both suitable for “al fresco” dining) terrace garden The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, gas-fired stove with electric oven, cutlery and crockery for 6. The terrace has a barbeque, sun chairs, an additional dining table and chairs. The apartment can be rented by a maximum of 6 persons from April to October on a weekly basis. Please advise us about the age and number of children. Pets are not allowed. Bed-linen and towels can be provided, but no beach towels. We can arrange for household help.

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

Questa deliziosa casetta ha uno degli affacci più suggestivi di Porto Santo Stefano ed è posizionata molto bene perchè sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi caratteristici ristoranti, il centro della vita notturna e il trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio perché è accogliente e pratico grazie all' arredo curato e alla comodità della posizione centrale. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famigliole, avventurieri solitari e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
