The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Studio apartment in the center, renovated and furnished with independent entrance, air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV, perfect for a relaxing vacation without moving the car much. The white beaches can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, (Ghiaie beach) just 5 minutes from the bus stops and the shuttle service to the other beaches, restaurants and activities are very close. It is a 13-minute walk from the ferries, also great for quick stays in the winter.
