Beachfront holiday rentals in Portoferraio

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

Very beautifull place, total recommendation! Does have some mosquitoes in may/june, so take some protection and perhaps ware long trousers on the terrace when having dinner.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Great location and hospitality

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. Really good experience.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Cozy and very pleasant apartment in a great complex. The apartment fully corresponds in the amenities to the pictures, the kitchen is very small but we cooked in it a few times. It was even possible to receive a baby cot and a high chair on request. Communication with Gianna was excellent, very nice communication. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Villa lo Schioppo is a corner of natural beauty and tranquillity overlooking one of the most stunning bays in Elba. Barbara (the host) was very kind and supportive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions/needs that we raised, also thanks to the help of amazing Giuseppe! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen modern and well equipped. Highlight: view from the large window in the main living room - breathtaking!

Amazing place to spend holiday with family, great position in front of the porto azzurro marina. A lot of restaurants near by. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The location, as well as the view, are unbeatable. The communication was very straightforward and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and harmoniously furnished. We slept well (even if the road could be heard very well because of the traffic in the center, no problem with Oropax). Kitchen is super equipped. The bathroom is also very modern and practical. We enjoyed our stay — happy to come back. (PS: The pizzeria vis à vis "Mister Torta" is highly recommended, we had the best pizzas several times. The new restaurant "Ferrigna", which is only a 3‘ walk away, is also highly recommended for the classic but modern cuisine of Elba!)

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

Chiara is a very kind and accommodating hostess. Although we didn't meet her in person, communicating with her was completely hassle-free and she quickly helped us out when we had an issue. It is 2 minutes to the beach and at the end of October it was warm enough for swimming but otherwise very quiet and relaxed on the island. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and comfortable for 4 people. Elba is definitely worth a trip.

We spent our first vacation with baby and dog at this great place and it was really great. We enjoyed the fantastically beautiful view and the breathtaking sea view every day! The small beach (Spiaggia di Seccione / Prunini) can be reached by steps from the property in 5 minutes and just right with our Golden Retriever dog, as it was not only beautiful but also not crowded. Alessandra was always available, super helpful, especially during a vacation with baby (4 months old), it was worth for example gold that we were allowed to use her washing machine. We tried every restaurant Alessandra recommended, and the food was really delicious. The most amazing thing about the property is the view of the sea, simply paradise, and the proximity to Portoferraio (5min by car). It was a great vacation on the Island of Elba! A huge thank you for this wonderful place <3

Located near the beautiful beach of Seccione, it also allows you to quickly reach the other beaches of Portoferraio and 10-15 minutes away also Biodola and Procchio. Great welcome from the agency and many tips about the area and has also facilitated check-out according to our requests. Air conditioning was essential given the August heat. We had a great stay .

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!
