La mia struttura si trova immersa nel verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Portoferraio e a 100 metri dalle spiagge di ghiaia bianca della Padulella e Capobianco. Gli appartamenti si raggiungono dal porto in soli due minuti con la macchina. Si trovano in una proprietà privata, chiusa da cancelli con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, fornita di sdraio, ombrelloni e servizio di bar-ristorante. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite cancello privato, e per questo ogni cliente avrà la rispettiva chiave. Dispone inoltre di riscaldamento, per cui è fruibile anche nel periodo invernale, ma non si affitta comunque per periodi superiori al mese. The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom.
