At the beginning of 2021, we renovated the semi-detached house and furnished it in a modern way and are looking forward to our first guests. In the garden there is a climbing frame, ping pong table and a grill. The covered terrace with a large table invites you to eat together. A fully equipped kitchen, large living-dining area and small bathroom are located on the ground floor and three bedrooms with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor.

Je idealno izhodišče za obisk Karavank z njenimi najbolj znanimi vrhovi, kot so Stol, Vajnež, Golica. V kolikor niste navdušenec hoje v strme hribe, pa je v bližini veliko sprehajalnih poti, do bližnjega planinskega doma Pristava, kjer se lahko okrepčate z domačimi jedmi. The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Lendhäuschen

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.
