Highly recommend. We loved our stay and it was comfortable and had everything we needed!

Mary is a first class host. She is friendly and efficient with her communication. Her house is beautiful and ideal for a break for two. The house is spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and very homely. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet - we could even hear the owls hooting at night! It has a lovely sunny garden and dedicated parking. Highly recommended.

Great little find . House was spotless , well stocked and very homely . We have a 8 month baby and the main room was ideal as was more than big enough for us . Paul was very responsive and helpful with any of our queries and instructions extremely clear , making it easy to check in and out . Would defo recommend .

A nice house in a convenient location for Albert Road and Southsea. Had all we could want for a long weekend. Slight issue was the noise when neighbours were going up and down their stairs but that wasn’t anything too major.

The Coach House is a wonderful home with lots of character and charm. It was very comfortable and all the amenities made it a true home away from home. We loved the fact it was set over four floors making it feel so spacious. Fabulous that both bedrooms were on separate floors with their own bathrooms as well as a separate toilet in the basement. It felt warm, cosy and welcoming. A lovely bonus having a private courtyard outside kitchen door which thanks to lovely weather we made the most of. The location is perfect as it’s quiet and peaceful yet only a very short walk to all of the attractions. Luke and Lindsay were great hosts. Excellent communication and updates. Would highly recommend.

Was a great place for what we needed for our stay in the area.

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. Nestled on the gentle slopes of Portsdown Hill, the annexe strikes the perfect balance between a peaceful countryside escape and proximity to amenities . From the moment I arrived, I appreciated the private entrance and free on-site parking, which made checking in and out seamless. The space itself was impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully appointed—comfortable, private, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. The space was super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.

Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

Great location apartment. Near the seafront. Stayed with another couple so comfortable space for 4 adults. Kitchen had all amenities and comfy sofas to sit and beds very comfy. Easy to find and accessible entry. Opposite a great breakfast cafe called Delaneys. Host was very attentive and offered great recommendations.

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, with an easy 10 min walk to everything we wanted to see/do. Restaurants & pubs are nearby, too. If we are visiting Portsmouth/IOW again, we’ll definitely stay here again, but choose a lower floor. The penthouse was a lot of stairs and coming in from Heathrow with five pieces of checked luggage was not ideal.

Had a lovely girly weekend away. The place was beautiful clean and all that you could need. Central to everything you need. Parking was great too

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Great location in the old town with easy walking access to Portsmouth and Southsea. Our host was great at communicating in advance and checking in by messages on arrival. I can confirm the parking space is accessible - but it takes patience getting into it - much easier when you leave though!

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

lovely, clean cosy studio that was surprisingly spacious. Lots of little extras that were really appreciated. Good base for exploring the island.

Wonderful place to stay and explore Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The apartment is clean, well thought out and more than comfortable for a family. Book it now, you will not be disappointment.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy

This a beautiful bright and very well designed pad - just 3 mins walk from a beach that goes on for miles. It's kept to a very high standards and one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in for a long time. I would definitely recommend it and we will return
