Everything perfect! A very pleasant stay with all the advertised amenities. 10 out of 10! the only thing is that the tourist tax is charged separately and they didn't tell us. He notified us with a WhatsApp message the last night, we didn't see him and we left. We will make a bank deposit because we do not have the indicated payment method. In any case, everything is solved.

We spent 10 days of total relaxation in a very comfortable, newly built accommodation with new and modern furnishings. The hospitality was superb! Michela and Gianmichele welcomed us on our arrival with extreme kindness and with their daily care and helpfulness they accompanied our stay with useful tips and directions. In addition, the location is strategic, as it is close to many very beautiful beaches on the east coast of Sardinia. There is no shortage of useful services nearby (market, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) The home is in a neighborhood with newly built villas and homes, very quiet during the day and night. 10/10. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Michela and Gianmichele you are really wonderful people!

We had a great time staying at the place! The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped – it really had everything you need. The terrace was particularly beautiful, where you could relax wonderfully. The location is pleasantly quiet, but at the same time also great for excursions. Beautiful beaches and many other highlights are easily accessible. Communication with Gianluca was also great – very friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!
