Holiday rentals with a patio in Poschiavo

Amazing view from the living area. Balcony. View of mountaintops when having a shower. Ideal location. What a place. Highly recommended. Wish I stayed longer.

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit unserem 1jährigen Sohn im Bergell verbracht. Wir fanden eine top saubere Wohnung vor mit liebevollen Details. Besonders gut gefiel uns die komplett eingezäunte Terrasse. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und sind von Gianluca herzlich empfangen worden. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank dafür Gianluca. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und ein Babybett wurde uns auch Tip top zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir empfehlen dich und Tamara gern weiter und wenn es uns ins Bergell wieder verschlägt, dann definitiv in eure tolle Ferienwohnung.

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung an guter Lage. Toller Gastgeber, es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Luca’s place! Plenty of space for us and 4 yr old, who slept on the comfortable sofa bed. The view is amazing and the air is knockout - best sleep I’ve had in a while! We had a Fiat 600, which fit easily on the rustic streets and the parking spot. Luca responded promptly to our various questions and was very accommodating with toddler - bedding requests, ferry rides and check out logistics. Would love to come back and highly recommend this beautiful location!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

Ce logement est très agréable avec sa magnifique vue sur le lac. La terrasse est un plus malgré quelques voitures qui passent au-dessus. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description.

An absolute dream! What a spectacular view, what a beautiful stone house and what great hosts. We loved everything about our stay - the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s a great location to explore Lago di Como and with Maria’s great tips, we were able to make the most of it. The house has great amenities and we felt perfectly comfortable in it - also in the kitchen, in which we prepared dinners to then eat with a view. We already plan to come back some time. This place has the most stunning view of Lake Como! And to have an apartment with both a balcony and a private yard is pretty rare! It’s a real hike to get up and down between Vareena and Pelerdo but if you’re up for a climb or plan on using a car most of the time, then the location is unbeatable - we had our own little dinner overlooking the lake most nights and loved it

Très beau logement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un environnement magnifique et reposant. Christina et Daniele sont des gens charmants et accueillants, tout était parfait, il ne manquait rien. Idéalement placé lorsque l'on veut rayonner autour du lac de Côme. Pas de problème pour se garer, il y avait toujours de la place sur le parking du cimetière tout près du logement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

“Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Glurns – absolut empfehlenswert!” Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser charmanten Ferienwohnung in Glurns. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und der herrliche Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Glurns selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: klein, historisch und mit viel Flair. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, egal ob zum Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach zum Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Casa pulita e attrezzata! Host gentile e disponibile, in casa si trovano molte indicazioni sui servizi nei dintorni che ci sono state molto utili. La posizione della casa è comoda e Forcola è un tranquillo paesino che trasmette serenità. Dintorni caratteristici e con un panorama stupendo. Consigliatissima!

Het was mijn eerste Airbnb ervaring en dankzij Federica en haar verblijft was mijn ervaring geweldig! De communicatie met Federica was top waardoor het regelen van alles erg gemakkelijk ging. Ook lag het verblijf super centraal, het moment dat je uit de deur liep zag je het prachtige uitzicht van het como meer. Ik adviseer zeker iedereen aan om bij deze Airbnb te verblijven! Je zal er zeker geen spijt van krijgen😊. Ik hoop in de toekomst hier weer te kunnen verblijven.

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

Praktisch alles war tipptopp, einzig zum Lesen im Bett hätten wir uns auf beiden Seiten gute Leselampen gewünscht. Toller Wein und ein feines Nusstörtchen zur Begrüssung! Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch der Garagenplatz war sehr angenehm im Winter.

Simone hat uns empfangen und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Er und seine Frau waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zudem gab es vor dem Haus auch die Möglichkeit das Auto abzustellen. Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren hat es sich angefühlt wie zuhause.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber und es hatte genügt Platz für eigene Sachen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir wegen hohen Verkehrsaufkommens die verabredeten Zeit zur Schlüsselübergabe nicht einhalten konnten, verlief die Übergabe reibungslos. Während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir immer mal wieder gefragt, ob alles ok sei oder wir etwas benötigen würden. Wir haben den Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge sehr genossen.
