Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably.
