There is a dock that you can tie your boat to. No boat lift. Great view, with large deck and gas or charcoal grill. Full kitchen but no dishwasher. Master bedroom does not have private doors, only curtains. One small bathroom with full size shower. Two twin beds in small bedroom.

The Lazy Possum Cottage is a modern fishing cabin on the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake. This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.
