The charm of Les Sables Blancs

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

Goudoul-Lesconil Cottage: 180° sea view

Closer to the sea? Impossible! In good weather or during a storm, few lodgings in Brittany offer such proximity to the sea and the open sea. The Department of Finistère was not mistaken: it classified this place as a Protected Natural Area. This house, divided into two cottages, belonged to my great-grandparents: my great-grandfather, Le Youtar by his nickname, had started fishing at a time when you could only sail...

The apartment is located in the heart of Douarnenez, an ideal location for a very nice vacation, everything is within walking distance: port museum, city center, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants with terraces, Tourist Office 500 m away. On the third floor of a secure residence with a bird's eye and panoramic view of the entire Port Rhu. The apartment is large and very bright. Wi-Fi with fiber optics.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).

The bright, south-west facing house is located a 5-minute walk from the center/harbor of Audierne, as well as beaches and shops. Kayak, paddleboard, and bicycle rentals are available nearby.

Come and take a trip to the end of the earth in Douarnenez, in our 30 m2 apartment, completely renovated in June 2021, at the Pointe de Tréboul residence. 10 steps from the water, you will enjoy at every moment the spectacle of the sea, the view of Tristan Island, the activity of the marina with its sailing school and the many old rigs that cross in front of the terrace.  

Waterfront studio (Little Saint-Jean 2)

The studio was completely renovated in 2018 by an interior designer. Facing Saint-Jean Beach, it was designed as a seaside setting, with wood and quality materials. Another similar studio, on the ground floor, is available for rent for people wishing to come with another couple. The 2 studios are one above the other.
