My 50's cottage is charming and cozy, very clean and convenient to downtown, Traveler's Rest & Furman University. Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 7 minutes. I listen to my awesome guests and have made a few recent updates: new electrical outlets in bathroom, new larger hot water heater for longer showers!

Great place. We needed a spot to stay while at a conference at the Prisma Hospital. It's about a mile away and I walked to the conference each morning. Host lives upstairs but was no issue for us. Everything was very clean, modern, and well decorated.

Eileen’s place came highly recommended by our son and daughter-in-law who had stayed there, and it definitely measured up! It was secluded, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful woods. The design inside had beautiful pine floors and ceilings. I was very impressed by the fully stocked kitchen, from pots, pans, & cutting boards to salt, pepper, and spices.
