The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

This home has a large doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available. This is my home and not a full time rental property so there are some personal items around.
