Monthly Rentals in Pradera

Soothing stay in a large, well-decorated house with a very large and well-kept garden where the dog was able to roam freely and we could stay outdoors to enjoy the lake view. The barbecue with pellare stone has allowed us to cook grilled meat very easily. Warm and friendly welcome from Silvia and her husband, maximum availability to meet our arrival and departure times. The house is in a very convenient location and, despite its proximity to the street, is also quiet. The center of Baveno can be reached on foot very easily. We had a really good time.

Beautiful accommodation, tastefully decorated and equipped. Giulia is very attentive both in her indications to welcome you, and in the preparation of the accommodation, advice on site. A beautiful garden with a real view of the lake. Great place! Giulia is a real super host!!

We had a nice stay in Jasmin's apartment. It was no problem that we arrived a little earlier, in consultation with Jasmin we could check in immediately. We had a few questions about household matters and Jasmin responded quickly to them. The apartment is very nice and clean. A super spacious balcony, with beautiful views over the lake. The balcony was our favorite. A great experience!
