Apartment super well organized and clean. Well located and easy to access. They do not provide pillows, towels and bed linen, but this is specified in the advertisement! 3-story building with no elevator. Facing the beach, beautiful view! I recommend it super!

The room was super clean and well arranged. Guilherme gave clear instructions for us to find the place easily, sent a video on how to get there, and responds quickly. We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

Renato's attention was impeccable from the moment we booked. The accommodation was very clean, very spacious and with a spectacular view. It's a very comfortable property with spaces that give privacy. It has a beautiful gallery where you can rest in the hammocks with a beautiful view. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which gave us the possibility of being much more comfortable. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that although it is close to the main street the road is on slope so I would recommend arriving by car. It's very worth it for the view of the house.

The house is great, very spacious, organized, very well equipped with new appliances and kitchen utensils. Very good showers and beds. It has an excellent hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and oven. I loved the cart for carrying chairs on the beach, which is very close and wonderful! Hosts were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and we thank you for all the affection!

I felt at home!Comfortable and pleasant place, I even ended up extending the trip because I had several cold days but the house served me perfectly. The pool is very cold, I believe that due to the time of year, we ended up not using it, but throughout our stay it was constantly cleaned. I had a puppy who was also very well treated and loved the house! I hope to return again ❤️

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the advertisement and I confess that when we arrived we were even more enchanted, because the house has that coziness of Home, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you are faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is incredible, it looks more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Having seen this, we definitely intend to return, we love it so much!

The house is beautiful and matches the photos well. The dormitory underneath was convenient for the elderly not to have to climb the steep staircase. The access to the beach, from the lawn to the beach, however, had some irregular steps that made them unsafe. The outdoor area with an integrated kitchen barbecue is great for dining. It would be useful if there were beach chairs available that could be used on the extensive lawn to admire the beautiful sea view.

Excellent stay. We'll be back for sure. Wonderful house, swimming pool and beach and everything is very close, we did everything as a family on foot. And Alexandre (host) went out of his way to support us in everything without even having to ask!

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

It was all very good, the bad thing was that it was a bit of time closed, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite agitated, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to the beach of Cocanha, arriving there, we like the place very much, recommend and would return again, a very clean and organized place, all very good
