Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Préfailles

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life available. I would highly recommend it!

Valerie's apartment was exactly as described. It's a fabulous place, very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. So light and airy with wonderful views from the living space area. We were visiting friends so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Valerie is very responsive and a great helpful host. Im sure we will be back.

We had a great night. Perfect bedding, clean and modern accommodation. Ideal location, we parked the car at Tour de Bretagne which is very close to the accommodation and then everything is done on foot. We'll be happy to go back

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. Our second visit to the property. It ticks so many boxes for us, but over and above the fact that the house is superb, the location allows us to safely park up the car, walk a short distance to buy what we need or eat at a variety of excellent restaurants or, for longer journeys, set off on the huge choice of wonderful circuits (coastal or inland). Pornic is a lovely town, with a great maritime history and tradition. To summarise how much we loved this place, we only got back home yesterday and we have already reserved our week for next year!!!

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
