Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Nonna Tereza is a private home, renovated in summer 2020. Ideal for families of up to 6 people. It is located in the center of the picturesque village of Premantura, located in the southern end of the Istrian peninsula. The house offers full amenities, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning on both floors, private parking, terrace with sea view, barbecue... The apartment is 100 sqm on two floors.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
