Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

Perfect for indulging in breakfast delights or savoring serene evenings, it promises an unforgettable experience. Apartment located in Banjole, 5 km from the centre of Pula. The apartment is just 200 meters from the Del Mar / Pod Lion beach. On the way from the apartment to the beach is our olive grove with 100 olive trees. Nearby are the restaurants Teza, Batelina, Terra Istriana, Pizzeria Nina, Hotel Del Mar, bakery and market with home-made fruit and vegetables. The Cintinera beach is 700 meters away.

Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.
