Holiday rentals with beach access in Premià de Mar

Quim et Meritxell sont de super hôtes, à l'écoute et très réactif aux messages et ils cherchent des solutions pour aider si des questions comme par exemple les transports ainsi qu'une attention particulière à l'arrivée avec des bonbons, bouteilles d'eau et magnet. L'appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos. Point négatif qui n'est pas du fait des hôtes mais de la ville: Le stationnement

The flat is small but beautifully formed! It has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. The view of the sea is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a few days sunbathing on the beach opposite and eating in the local restaurants. The ice cream in the cafe next door is superb!. It was fairly quiet at beginning of June which we liked. Jeanine was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Merci Rosa pour toutes vos attentions. Le logement est parfait, cosy et très bien équipé (que ce soit l'électroménager, les condiments de base, thé, café, gel douche, crème pour le corps…). C’est très appréciable.

The apartment is very modern, clean, and cozy! It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the beach — just like in the photos. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The only downside was a slight damp smell, but it disappears when the balcony is open. The apartment has everything you might need — from towels, dishes, and an iron to beach umbrellas. Every little detail is thoughtfully provided! Kim is a very kind and responsive host, always in touch and ready to help. Our vacation was wonderful — I truly wish Kim all the best!

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Barcelona and the Mediterranean! We loved our stay and Carmen was an excellent host. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with Cava and sweets for our 20th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend this apartment, it is clean and accessible to Barcelona and the beach.

Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

This place is perfect! The check in was wonderful. Fabiola was so friendly and took her time showing us the place. The balcony is incredible. The hosts even left a voucher for us to redeem for a bottle of wine at the local merchant on the street. The restaurants near the place were really delicious, and there was a variety- from pastries to Iberian ham to great tapas- right on the block. I highly recommend the place. I thought initially it was a bit pricey, but it was worth it!

Fantastic stay! Would recommend to all. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The WiFi was great and worked well for ZOOM calls across the world. Would love to return with a bigger group and stay in some of the other options on the property!

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

Wir waren als große Familie in dem Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war gut zu erreichen und antwortete auch sehr schnell. Ein Haus für einen ruhigen und entspannten Strandurlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Das einzige was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wäre ein Grill gewesen. Auf unserer Rundreise durch Katalonien haben wir eine Woche in Tossa, in der Wohnung von Kristjan verbracht. Wunderschöner Ort. Tolle Lage. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und sagen Dankeschön für alles.  Elena.

Our stay at Javier's Airbnb was truly exceptional. Javier is a phenomenal host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our journey. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations and was very flexible when we needed to adjust our dates. His detailed check-in instructions were seamless, and he was super flexible with our check-out time. The property itself is absolutely fabulous, exactly as pictured. It's perfectly situated just steps away from the beach, awesome restaurants, and shops. The breathtaking views are incredible. We highly recommend Javier's place for an unforgettable getaway!

Wir waren zu dritt bei Trude und Miguel und sind einfach nur begeistert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Trude hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Miguel haben wir am nächsten Tag kennengelernt und beide sind super freundlich und offen. Außerdem haben wir sehr hilfreiche Tipps für umliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants erhalten. Der Strand ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb von Barcelona, aber trotzdem mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen den Großstadttrubel zu entkommen. Hier kann man entspannen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! ☺️🫶🏻

Tres beau logement, situé en sous-sol du logement de la proprietaire, il est tres calme et idealement placé. A 1 minutes d'un parc pour enfant (2 à 12ans) , 5 minutes du supermarche et 8 minutes du train à pied. La ligne R1 du train met 25 minutes pour aller a la station "Catalunya", place centrale de Barcelone. La propriétaire Nancy est très réactive par message et est sympathique. Les instructions pour arriver sont claires. Il y à également tous les centres d'intérêt dans le PDF donné. 3 lits en 90 pour les petits et un lit kiiiiiinnnnnggsize pour les parents. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Charmant appartement en bord de mer . Très fonctionnel, confortable avec une très belle vue sur la mer et une agréable terrasse. Dépaysement complet, nous sommes enchantés . Merci Daniel

Beautiful condo perfectly located in Tossa de Mar. Everything was great from the comfortable beds to the amazing showers. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We should’ve stayed longer :-)

An amazing place. The location is stellar. Claudio was awesome. He provided information and suggestions on places to eat and the one we choose was amazing. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was attentive to hour needs.

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Nathalia’s place was wonderful ! We would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Poblenou is a vibrant and great part of the city to stay in, within 5 minute walk to the beach. The air bnb was exactly as pictured and described. Others have mentioned having a problem with the garbage out front but it is simply the city containers that did not affect our stay whatsoever, and never smelled into the apartment. Thank you !

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Mariona fue una excelente host, el Departamento era muy completo y todo funcionaba a la perfección! la zona es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, por lo cual recomiendo hospedarse aquí en vez de otros alojamientos más cerca del centro! Hemos pasado unos días excelentes y volveremos sin dudarlo

Location: although street noise is worth a mention, its momentary and not something that would stop me from returning. 2 to 5 minute walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, next town over (Badalona) easily walkable in less than 12 minutes. House: spacious, clean, well equipped. We are a family of 5, 3 teen girls shared 2nd bedroom, leaving the living room free for reading/relaxing. Host: David is a gent, so helpful, knowledgeable and has many great recommendations from sights to visit to finding great tapas. David went out of his way to help when I was in need of a doctor and pharmacy late on Saturday evening. Thanks again David. I shared the doctor 24/7 information with him, for future guests. We had two great days local to the house and two great days sightseeing in Barcelona. Happy teens, Happy parents.
