Holiday rentals with beach access in Procida

Gorgeous / dreamy apartment which feels like it should be in a modern home magazine. We loved the area, great restaurants nearby, Forio port is closer to arrive by boat then Ischia port and once there its only a 25 min walk. There are some famous botanical gardens 10 mins walking from the flat and go first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. Negombo thermal spa is also a short taxi drive and really special. Spend the whole day there. Great restaurants, massages and pools. We had an amazing holiday on this little gem of an island. Will definitely be back

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

We have had a wonderful time in Procida, in a perfect area, at the same time easy to access from the main port while being more remote, so quiet, with a nice beach at walking distance, a wonderful view on the little harbor and excellent bars / terrasses nearby for aperitivi with a sunset view. Highly recommended!

I can not say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the water. The surrounding area had plenty of restraunts for us to choose and we were only a 10-15 min walk to a beach we went to several times. There is bus/taxi service right downstairs. I thought the place was even prettier than the pictures. Pat and Clemey were always communicative, helpful with suggestions, and even went out of their way to help us get our luggage that got misplaced by the airlines. When I come back to Naples I will 100% stay here again.

L'appartement de Gabrielle est spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 4 ou 5 personnes, très proche d'une plage de sable noir, magnifique. La cour permet de profiter du soleil et de prendre son petit déjeuner à l'extérieur un régal ! C'est un excellent point de chute sur l'île de Procida. Gabrielle a été très réactif et de bons conseils pour visiter l'île.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Modesto a was a great host, me is at the door and responded quickly as we gave updates of our journey. She met us at the door and her husband took care of our luggage which was a lot!! Both were amazing to work with and gave great local food and grocery recommendations. The place is such an amazing spot to wake up to great views and so quiet in the evenings to enjoy the sights at night. Highly recommend for the ease of Ferries and luggage handling.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. The location is unbeatable - nestled right on the marina with breathtaking views. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our hostess, Ada. From the moment we arrived, Ada welcomed us with such warmth & sincerity, it felt as though we were family members returning home. She had thoughtfully prepared a beautiful spread of chilled Prosecco, local snacks & water to greet us - such a gracious & elegant touch. Ada gave us a personal tour of her lovely home, making sure we saw every special corner, especially the terrace that overlooked the marina below. The home itself was immaculate, stylish & full of charm. Hostess, Rossella, was also fantastic communicating all throughout the planning of our trip, going above & beyond, but Ada's hospitality was the highlight. Her attention to detail & genuine care elevated our stay & was truly the highlight of our vacay. If you're visiting Capri,book this place & let Ada take care of you. It's a gem!

Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

We just left Capri and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we had such a beautiful welcome and the experience was wonderful. Gennaro, our host, was awesome: He went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and enjoyable, he was very helpful throughout the whole stay and was always responsive for all our needs. He also gave us great tips and recommendations! We absolutely loved the place: Great view and location, the decoration is warm and welcoming, and the place is close to the best beaches in Capri. We would definitely love to come again to this same property. It made our whole trip 10 times better. And seeing the Faraglioni from our huge balconies was the cherry on top!

Great apartment in a perfect location! Right on the harbor with views, and just steps from a large selection of restaurants serving excellent food. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, including recently updated, bathrooms. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Highly recommended!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

L'alloggio è davvero molto confortevole, caratteristico ed ha risposto in pieno alle nostre aspettative. La terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo della chiaiolella è davvero stupenda. La posizione è ottima con tutti i servizi a portata di mano ( spiaggia, fermata autobus, ristoranti, bar e supermercati). Andrea l'host si è dimostrato davvero una persona squisita, pronto sempre a rispondere alle nostre esigenze e a darci consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati davvero molto bene.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martine’s place. The AC worked well, it was spacious and clean. The AC is only in the living room rather than in the bedroom too but the cool air circulated well and we were very comfortable. We were only in Naples for one night and it was a great location for us to walk around the city. Thank you Martine.

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Margherita fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, ella fue una anfitriona excepcional: muy amable, atenta y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La ubicación era ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo lo importante, con fácil acceso a transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba bien equipada, y cada rincón del lugar estaba decorado con mucho gusto. Además, Margherita tuvo detalles encantadores con nosotros que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos con Margherita. ¡Gracias por todo!

Armando was a great host and always responsive. He managed to help us do early check in when asked. Great location for the price! Definitely come again if I come to Naples again.

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Il soggiorno da Anna a Procida è stato davvero rilassante. L'alloggio splendido, si affaccia direttamente sul porto, la vista è meravigliosa, è davvero suggestivo svegliarsi con questo panorama. La posizione è ottima. Anna è super disponibile, proattiva e molto gentile.
