Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

Casa Forneris può ospitare sino a 6 persone, contando di due camere matrimoniali, un divano letto alla francese (200x140 cm) e due bagni. La cucina, dotata di piastra a induzione, forno microonde, forno elettrostatico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, oltre che tutte le stoviglie e le attrezzature di cucina necessarie (bollitore, macchina caffè, etc.) è separata dal soggiorno tramite una moderna vetrata realizzata su misura che valorizza gli spazi interni. Sono disponibili nell’alloggio due Smart TV, una da 60” e una da 40” La doppia esposizione permette un’aerazione e illuminazione ottimale. Op het terras van Picholine kan je ieder jaargetijde genieten van het goede franse leven. Het huis is authentiek maar heeft alle comfort. Bij het zwembad is altijd zon. Er zijn fietsen aanwezig om naar het gezellige centrum te fietsen in 5 minuten. Picholine is een klein maar zeer compleet huis met 1 grote slaapkamer. Picholine is altijd privé. Picholine is exclusief voor de gasten die het huren Er is altijd iemand op het terrein aanwezig. We hebben een (NL) beheerders stel We liggen aan de rand van het dorp. Heerlijk rustig aan een landweggetje. Maar op de fiets ben je met 5 minuten in het gezellige centrum met vele terrasjes en winkels. Er zijn fietsen beschikbaar voor onze gasten. Picholine is het makkelijkst te bereiken met de auto maar ook is er in het dorp een trein station. Éénmaal ter plaatse is het dorp heel makkelijk te bereiken met de fiets. Picholine ligt aan de cour samen met de andere huizen. Ieder terras heeft voldoende privacy, geen zicht op een ander terras en eigen terras meubilair waaronder een eettafel, een lounge set, een parasol en een plancha. Het zwembad is gedeeld en ligt op een ander niveau. Er zijn ruim voldoende ligbedden aanwezig. De grote loft naast het gastenzwembad wordt ook gedeeld met de andere gasten, daar liggen oa de matrassen voor op de zonnebedden.
