We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s cottage — I was genuinely sad to leave this beautiful area. The interior of the cottage was cozy, spotless and well-appointed, but the real magic is outside. We spent hours watching the ospreys, egrets and rabbits, and just listening to the sounds of nature. I could have sat in the Adirondack chairs staring at the water forever. This is a magnificent corner of the world, and the cottage provides the perfect window into it.

Highly recommend Wendy's place! The location is amazing, and Wendy has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The space is artfully decorated with fun touches everywhere. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we also took advantage of the local recommendations to enjoy some fabulous restaurants. We especially appreciated all the high-quality beach gear - there were plenty of towels, chairs, bags, blankets, and coolers for us to use. We'd love to stay at Wendy's again!

This house is stunning! Fabulous hosts! The description is exactly as written! Comfortable beds, great appliances, bathrooms and sitting areas! The location is central to restaurants, beaches and the ocean. We celebrated our wedding weekend and this was a perfect place for me and my family to get ready for the big day! Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. Stunning home on the water. Everything we needed was there at the home. Home is pristine. The area was beautiful. Great walking areas and some great restaurants in the immediate area. Short drive to Newport or other surrounding areas. The host was excellent. There to answer any questions we had and never had to wait long for a response. Great stay!

Melanie’s house is the perfect vacation house. As soon as you walk in you will be impressed. Beautiful beach decor, clean and well stocked with pretty much anything and everything you could ever need. The view from the top floor balcony is unbelievable!!! We stayed with my in-laws and our older son with his girlfriend for our younger ones URI graduation weekend and we will never forget the 5 days we spent there. We hope to come back soon!!!

John was very responsive and cooperative. The location of John’s home is in a serene and amazing location; on a quiet cove that at overlooks Narragansett Bay.

I’m so happy we decided to make our family vacation in North Kingston! We wanted a serene and tranquil location on the water and boy did this location did not miss! A beautiful home that sits right on the water and the views are just stunning. We stayed for almost a week and we wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! The house is super clean with everything you need to make it your vacation home. An outdoor grill with a refrigerator which made cooking outside so much fun. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. The views from the inside of the home to the view of the harbor was beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here! With Newport only being 20 mins away and the little village they have nearby, definitely lots of places to eat and shop. 10 out of 10! Sarah was attentive and very helpful before and throughout our stay here! What a helpful host, book your stay here you will not regret!

We had an amazing stay at Kath's home in Middletown. Others have said -- this location is unbeatable! being right on the ocean with the sound of the waves and the views of the Cliff walk --- fantastic. The house is close to everything in newport (minutes) as well as all the beaches and also is incredibly comfortable and well equipped with anything you could want; Kath as a host was totally available for any questions we had. She produced beach chairs like magic and encouraged us to ask for what we needed at anytime. It is a privilege to be able to share some of the magic of this location. If we are able we will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, free of clutter and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We really appreciated that they provide the linens as so many rentals in Narragansett do not. We highly recommend!

This is a comfortable perch up above Bristol Harbor, a short walk from restaurants and shops along the harbor.

We absolutely loved this waterfront home with spectacular sunsets! It was roomy & comfortable & had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch & grill outdoors as well. The huge deck is amazing & the view is even better. There was plenty of space for 5 adults & one infant. The nearby private beach (walking distance) was a big plus!

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

This house has a great layout, well stocked with kitchen supplies and basics, was comfortable and felt like home. The yard, the fire pits, and pool were great for days hanging at the house outside. The bonus seating area downstairs was great to spread out and offer lots of seating. The house location was on a side street with quiet neighbors but close or stores and restaurants and was easy to get to surrounding towns. The house was as described and pictured.

Chris’s listing is exactly as described. I know in previous reviews people have mentioned the TV not working, but it worked fine when we were there. The home was absolutely stunning. I definitely got some ideas of some deco. I want to add to my home. Chris was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any inquiries or concerns that we might have had.

This house is set in the most beautiful/action packed spot. Harbor, beach, little cove behind the house, fishing pier etc etc... Amazing to be so close to many beautiful fun places. We felt very at home in the house, and with kids and a dog it didn't feel so precious that we were nervous about anything. Philemon was a great host, helped us with whatever we needed and made it easy! We hope to return sometime!

I could have thought of no where better to be for the few days we spent in Narragansett. Great beach access, reasonably remote yet still close to restaurants and things to do. Interior is maybe a tad dated but didn’t matter one bit to us considering the cost and location.

The location was perfect, close to enough to URI for my daughter’s graduation, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
