Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Como

Marisa and her home were awesome! She was very helpful with picking us up from the train station, providing us with great food recommendations, and a clean and comfortable house in a beautiful area.

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

My son and I stayed here, and it was fabulous!! The interiors are well done, nicely furnished, and very comfortable! All top notch. We walked to everything we needed. There’s some slight lake views from a few of the windows. Quiet & private. Highly recommend (just not to anyone who needs an elevator.) But it was perfect for us!

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

Sehr helle, geräumige Wohnung, ruhiges Quartier, nahe Bahnhof, zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Super Quartier, sehr schöne Stadt, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: zu Fuss, mit Schiff, Seilbahn, Zug, Bus.... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Check-In verlief reibungslos – die Anweisungen waren klar und verständlich, sodass wir trotz später Ankunft mitten in der Nacht problemlos hineingefunden haben. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel – besonders bei unserer kurzfristigen Buchung ein großer Pluspunkt! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

Right from the start Loris was a great host, was warm and friendly, and sent really clear video instructions for finding and entering the apartment, as well as some nice local recommendations. The apartment was immaculate, and had everything we needed. And the little welcome note near the front door was a lovely touch. We had the best time in Como, and wouldn't hesitate to book with Loris again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Notre séjour à Côme s'est très bien déroulé. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description : très propre, proche du bus et de l'embarcadère. Les instructions étaient claires et l'hôte très réactif. Le garage est un vrai plus car il est compliqué de se garer autour du lac. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Les instructions de Sara étaient précises et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Simonetta. La maison est très agréable et correspond en tout point à la description. La vue sur le lac est incroyable (terrasse et chambre) et l'environnement calme. La présence du jacuzzi pour se détendre après les journées à découvrir les villages autour du lac est un vrai plus. En voiture, l'accès à Bellagio et Côme se fait bien si on ne craint pas les routes un peu étroites.

Ce logement est très agréable avec sa magnifique vue sur le lac. La terrasse est un plus malgré quelques voitures qui passent au-dessus. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This apartment is a real gem. The view is breathtaking, from every balcony :) There is literally everything you need in the apartment. Coffee maker, capsules, coffee, tea, sugar even olive oil. And the eggs from the chicken and duck were a revelation. This place is so incredibly peaceful that we will definitely recommend it to everyone. The host is a wonderful person who helped us book dinners at the Aurora restaurant and what's best is always in the first line from the lake. The food in this restaurant is poetry

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated within 2 minutes of the Duomo, and close to restaurants,cafes and bars. Federica who was responsable for renting and cleaning the unit was there to greet us, and to review everything in the unit, air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer etc… During our visit in this region, we had an accident where one us broke our foot. As we don’t speak Italian, we had to navigate through the Italian national healthcare system. Federica was so helpful in helping through this experience. She made some calls for us to help us out as to where to go. She was also helpful in getting us to the airport as our travel plans had changed due to the health issue. Bravo!!!

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Highly recommend staying here. Location is amazing and so close to everything you could want. Local cafes are great and friendly and a convenience store right across the way is very helpful. Alessandro was very accommodating with holding my luggage before check in and was very helpful with local recommendations and things to see and do. Was lovely waking to the sounds of Italy and the locals. With windows open some noise from cafes below but nothing unbearable and even added to my experience! If you are looking for authentic accomodation close to everything then I definitely recommend a stay here.

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.

Very lovely place, amazing location, walking distance to everything and right next to the ferry that takes you to como, the hosts were amazing Marti and Markus were very responsive and extremely helpful, even provided us with nan umbrella, highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again if we come back.

Sybille was very nice and communicative. Everything we needed was in the apt. including basic groceries, dishwasher, laundry machine , umbrellas etc. everything was well thought of for our stay. the view is amazing. very close to the lake and the center is 2 minutes driving or 5-7 minutes walking. recommended.
